Request Description
Firefox Accounts (and Sync) are key pillars in developing more privacy-respecting services for users on the web.
We'd like a consultation past FxA/Sync studies we've performed, what we've learned about user understanding, value props. The desired outcome is a summary of what we know about attitudes, behaviors, beliefs, and what we don't know (and where we might dig)
Deadline
We'd like an initial survey done by early-mid April, so we can decide whether to request new research.
Priority Level
1/2
Priority Level Description
This work directly supports MoCo internal KPIs, which are not public at this time, but which is related to better supporting our relationships with users.

Here's the Mozilla confidential document that Rosanne and I created, and shared with stakeholders asyncronously: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1oxNGyUummUf4T395EQn7nlxaP8-rWyTmVwzcjWSpcJg/edit#
