153477 - Missing default Helper Application from UI unlike Communicator

Steps to reproduce:

- Go to Edit-> Preferences-> Navigator-> Helper Applications
- On your right pane it provides an option to Add Mime Types/File Types/ Helper 
Applications.

- In communicator days there were some default Mime Types provided
- In a layman's point of view he wants the browser to have at least a sample 
file/mime Type provided for him to add on.

- You cannot expect a end user to understand what a Mime Type is.

- Its a 4 step process defining File type/Mime Type/Direct it to where the exe 
file exists and description.
- Would be a good idea to have  it back.

It would also be useful if a "Handled by Navigator" option was added (a la
Communicator 4.x), enabling user to assign custom file extensions to MIME types
Mozilla can handle internally. Now, one can only enter the full path to Mozilla
executable, and I don't think this is a good decision.

n4's was fun, it was an interface to windows, and if you weren't careful you
could cause all applications to fail to run because you might set navigator to
handle running them.
