I logged in my account.
I filled all the information in the form
I clicked on submit button
Actual results:
The submit button isn't working.
Expected results:
It should move to next page.

Please let us know a few more details so that we can check your issue.
In which site are you facing this issue? Direct url to that form would be great.
Also I do not understand the relevance of the file you have attached here. Is it somehow related to the issue you are facing?
