- Sign into an existing sync constellation
- Visit Sync settings
EXPECTED RESULTS
- Spinning sync icon with Syncing message appears
ACTUAL RESULTS
- The animation is contains frames with subliminal messages to Sync Now

Updating the bug name here to reflect the real (big) issue. If you view the remote tabs in the History panel, Sync gets caught in an infinite loop of starting/stopping.
