With Bugzilla review flags (as used by both Splinter and MozReview), it was easy to filter emails that alerted me to the fact that someone was asking me for review: the words "review requested" appeared in the subject.

This seems much harder to do for Phabricator, where emails that involve asking me for review look very much the same as other notification emails.

It would be really nice if there was an easy way to filter just "review requested" emails into their own folder / Gmail label etc.
