15351 - Hook up Open Directory to Bookmarks

I have no idea if there really is any connection between Mozilla and
the Open Directory (DMOZ), but there should be. DMOZ editors have
a bookmarks page on the DMOZ server that uses the DMOZ link-sorting
and filing tools, which are understandably pretty powerful. I'd like
to be able to maintain only one bookmarks page, and edit it through
either the standard Netscape folder-exploring format or through DMOZ.
