Front page of this isp website displays garbled...columns are randomly displayed
in a disorderly fashion, and not everything that is supposed to be displayed on
the page is even there.
Currently testing bug on Build ID: 2002061104 (1.1a), using Windows 2000.
This page uses an invalid doctype:

!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 3.0//EN"

Problem probably starts there.
