Firefox has added a bunch of messages about private browsing in the add-on manager. We don't have private browsing.

If you've got some time Richard, could you get rid of it?

I'll look into it.

This patch hides the 'private windows' stuff.

For a split second the elements are shown until the CSS is loaded from our JS style loader (aboutAddonsExtra.js).
