[Prerequisites]:

• Have the latest Firefox Nightly build installed.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the browser with the profile from prerequisites.
2. Navigate to any designated web app (e.g. www.youtube.com) and move the system's time to 17 minutes into the future.
3. Repeat step 2 again and navigate to the same web app in a new tab.
4. Right-click on the focused tab and select the "Pin Tab" option.
5. Observe the right part of the "Address Bar".

[Expected result]:

• Only the "Page actions", "Save to Pocket" and "Bookmark this page" buttons are displayed.

[Actual result]:

• The "CFR Pin Tabs" recommendation button is also displayed.

[Notes]:

• A CFR ping is also sent if the doorhanger's "Pin This Tab" button is clicked after the tab is pinned and it could create confusion in reading/analyzing metrics.
• Attached a screen recording of the issue.

PinTab CFR is going away with Fx89 and safe to close
