Download Manager does not allow to restart or continue downloading. This would
very udeful for dial-up connection to the internet when a large file downloading
can be interrupted due to connection problem.

Even having url in the Download Manager one is forced to reproduce manually in
the browser to start downloading over. Download Manager doesn't provide ability
to copy url into clipboard.
