:ewong and :frg need the ability to set a+ on relevant patches in SeaMonkey components.
Not sure if someone from the SeaMonkey drivers (e.g. me) should have the access to make those changes.

:ewong might already have the ability to a+, how can I see who is already on the list?

kairo has bless privileges for the seamonkey-council group so I am assigning to him to make this membership change if approved.
