Steps to reproduce:

  1. Visit any wiki article
  2. Deactivate the Full-screen browsing.

Expected result:

  • The Firefox toolbar when scrolling is not hidden when scrolling

Actual result:

  • The Firefox toolbar when scrolling is hidden when scrolling with Full-screen browsing deactivated

Notes:

  • not reproducible on Google Pixel 3 (Android 9.0.0)
  • also reproducible on Nightly
