User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:67.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/67.0

Steps to reproduce:

created a bug on bugzilla and uploaded an image

tried to download the image on fennec

Actual results:

filename is attachment.cgi instead of "baume-berge-bunt-1574183.jpg"
You need a filemanager to fix this.

Expected results:

Like Firefox on desktop it should have saved it with the correct filename.

it's likely that this affects lots of other websites as well, not just bugzilla.

Bug 1406253 seems a likely culprit judging from its title and commit message, but needs some more investigation to actually confirm the suspicion.
