When I launch Mozilla, Opera, Netscape, or ICQ I get a message that says my
internet provider can not be found. I must manually run the dial up connection.
Launching Explorer, Norton Live Update, or EverQuest will automatically dial my

programs?

Reproducible: Always

1.Launch Mozilla on my PC
2.
3.

Actual Results: A message is displayed that says Mozilla can not find my
internet provider.
