Basically our checks are a bit off, see bug 1535194 comment 8 for the nitty-gritty. I'm flagging this as a security bug because the other bug is one, and because the metabug is a security bug, but the fix for this problem is not actually a security patch. Thus: sec-low.

Fix for this was rolled into bug 1535482 since it fit better there.
