From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win 9x 4.90; en-US; rv:1.1a+) Gecko/20020622 BuildID: 2002062208 When attempting to load articles in the technology section of washingtonpost.com, the page never finishes loading. Instead you get "Transfering data from ad.doubleclick.net" or "Transfering data from m.doubleclick.net" and the throbber keeps throbbing forever (at least several minutes). If you stop the load, the rest of the page (article text) is not rendered even though it can be seen in view source. Reproducible: Almost always (90%) Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to given URL or go to http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/technology/ and select an article. Actual Results: Page doesn't finish loading. Works in IE 6.0 This problem only seems to occur in the technology section, other sections work fine.
Are you using any proxies or ad-blockers? Do you redirect doubleclick.net to localhost?
No proxy or ad-blocker. I do have "Open Unrequested Windows" disabled, but I tried changing that with no effect.
A little more info. This only seems to happen during busier times of the day. Right now, 12:30 AM EDT, it loads fine every time as it did late last night. However during the day, say 4 PM, it only loads correctly after several reloads.
This doesn't seem to be happening anymore. WinME 2002062208
