The following tests are being disabled due to existing problems for windows10-aarch64:

test_header_Server_Timing.js (1530871)
test_trr.js (1532395)
test_esni_dns_fetch.js (1530752)

:dmajor - I've been asked to ni you for the http2 server as these tests require it, with the result that on windows10-aarch64 these tests fail fairly consistently.

In trying to land some patches in bug 1540656 it turns out that when running locally these tests use the local nodejs, but on automation they use nodejs from tooltool. That version is usually really old, and for aarch64 there might not even be one available, which is why the http2 tests fail.

bug 1543624 is tracking updating the node versions, or possibly not using tooltool for fetching the node binaries at all.
