I am managing the Treeherder team, and up until now have been too busy with personnel issues to get into the technical details.
Could I please have access to the Amazon RDS account for Treeherder?
As I understand it, this is the file that needs updating:

Also, BTW, I have an existing AWS IAM account in cloudservices-aws-stage and cloudservices-aws-dev, but not one in moz-devservices, so I will probably need a set of credentials GPG-mailed to me.
