User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/72.0.3626.121 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
I tried to use messageListTracker in an experimental web extension for Thunderbird
Actual results:
Got an error from Thunderbird that states: "messageListTracker is not defined"
IRC consultation stated that messagelisttracker is unobtainable as a web extension
Expected results:
Well.... I would like to be able to use the messagelisttracker in an web extension...
my guess is that in the future others will want to use messagelists as well... maybe to be able to sort messages after a certain filter or to make collections... so I would change it to be usable by extensions as well

Maybe the reporter wants to use this on TB 67 beta.
