Simon says about:config pref changes aren't saved after he restarts FFTV+GV:

STR:
- go to about:config
- set media.media-capabilities.enabled to false
- restart app
Expected behavior:
media.media-capabilities.enabled is still set to false
Actual behavior:
media.media-capabilities.enabled is back to true (default value for 67) after FFTV restart. Pref changes are remembered if you close and reopen about:config before quitting FFTV.

James thinks this is the process switching bug 1527778 because about:config runs in the parent process.

67=wontfix. Fenix MVP will use GeckoView 68, so we don't need to uplift this fix to 67 Beta.

Simon, is this about:config bug still reproducible with a recent snapshot of GV 68? cpearce says that he regularly changes pref values in about:config in FFTV and the new values are correctly saved across sessions.
