this shouldn't happen, it might relate to me pressing escape, or colliding with 
myself.

steps i took:
loaded bug
added DUPEME.
commit
went back [session histroy] (a while later)
removed DUPEME
entered the target bug,
tabbed out,
clicked commit
pressed escape (while resolving page was loading)
We add to the comment FORM element before checking for a midair. Then when there
is a midair, the form element pushed to that template has the modified value in it.

I saw this the other day, and I thought I commented on a bug which mentioned this.

Can't find it now, though.
