It would be nice if NSS patches could be managed with Lando.
It's only a single-repo, but we heavily use phab, so it would be nice to get Lando access, too.

Autoland and Lando work completed. Will need to wait til the next Lando production deployment for this to be complete. Targeting possibly mid next week.
