The initial prototype of Origin Telemetry API requires a hardcoded list of origins, as can be seen in TelemetryOriginData.h (https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D21756#change-02rbMlNJ3xcY). Ideally, we'll eventually want this API to pull a set of origins from safe browsing, but this should work for now.

Reviewing Bug 1539536 reminded me that we're only collecting cookie blocking events, so there's no need to include the fingerprinting or cryptomining domains (since we don't block cookies from those domains). Mind to update your patch to the reduced list Comment 4.
