User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:66.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/66.0
Steps to reproduce:
New Tab
write other tab url
click switch to tab
Actual results:
FF will go to last tab instead of correct tab
This happens when the Switch to Tab I want to go to is Unloaded.
FF only moves to loaded tabs.
Expected results:
FF should go to Switch to Tab tab even if it is Unloaded.
