mochitest valgrind jobs are permanently failing, at least for the history treeherder has in its database (120 days). They run as tier 3 and are hidden from the default display that way.

They are scheduled to run twice per day on mozilla-central (40 chunks each).

https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=mozilla-central&tier=1%2C2%2C3&searchStr=mochitest%2Cvalgrind&tochange=529782921812aaf0558fbb22384b3051174657d3&fromchange=02b7484f316b1936479d4e28789c9c6dbf3fad9c

Please indicate if those jobs are still needed.

I agree that we should turn these off. While I really like the idea of running our test suites under Valgrind in CI in principle, it's pretty clear that we aren't able to run them in a useful way and they're just costing us money for no benefit at the moment.

Yes, I agree; my sentiments exactly.
