Trying to run a raptor test which is not for the currently selected application gives the following failure:
15:02:39 INFO - raptor-manifest /Users/henrik/code/gecko/testing/raptor/raptor/raptor.ini
15:02:39 INFO - raptor-manifest abort: specified test name doesn't exist
15:02:39 INFO - raptor-main abort: no tests found
It would be nice to say something like: this test is not targeted for $app.
