I use Excel and Wordpad just can not open *.csv file correctly.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open "Address book"
2.choose "Tools" in manu bar
3.choose "Export" 
4.define the "file type" to "Comma Separated(csv)"
5.define file name and saving directory
6.Then open this file with Wordpad and Excel

Actual Results:  with only incorrect data and wrong codes(wrong fonts)

Expected Results:  correct data , words and  fonts

It's ok with Netscape Communication 4.7
