Steps to reproduce:

Windows 10, FF 66.0.1 (64-bit)
There is a thin vertical gray line padding the right side of the window when the window is maximized that prevents the area of the exit button from being accessible by moving the mouse to the top-right most corner of the screen. Reproducing entails maximizing the window (the button next to the exit button) and moving the mouse to the farthest top-right pixel of the display.

Actual results:

The exit button is not under the mouse when the mouse is in the top-right corner of the screen.

Expected results:

The exit button should be under the mouse when it is moved to the top-right corner of the screen, like all other applications.

Same problem here on Linux. Only with Title Bar off. Its quite annoying.

I'm unable to reproduce this issue using Firefox Nightly 68.0a1 (2019-03-31) or Firefox Release 66.0.2 (2019-03-26)

Please test if the issue occurs in safe mode. Here is a link that can help you with that:

This issue is still occurring for me. When title bar is off, I can't close firefox by moving my pointer to the right hand corner. I've tried with every theme and made new profiles but no luck.
