The Payment Request API spec describes an internal constructor for PaymentAddress... I spec'ed it out so we could use ChromeConstructor.
However, when I return the constructed PaymentAddress, it has correct right prototype (PaymentAddress), but lacks all the IDL attributes.
Baku, could you advise me on what I should be doing here?

Not yet, please 🙏. I'd like to keep our DOM implementation up to date... I have a feeling this will become important again in the future. When that will be, I don't know... If I've not fixed this in the next few months, then yeah - we should WONTFIX it.
