Hi, sometimes I am browsing several products on eBay and sometimes I wish I could leave a comment on a page for myself like "don't buy, too expensive" or "important component missing" or "girlfriend does not like colours". This is what I call a comment or an annotation and I wish it was something like the yellow post-it notes on that webpage. Furthermore, often webpages contain among a lot of rubbish some important saentences. I would like to be able to highlight these for myself. Something like using a yellow marker to highlight something. Features, I would like to have are: - turn comments on/off - turn highlighting on/off - add a comment for myself - add a comment for me and other users (server necessary) - highlight text/graphics for myself - highlight text/graphics for me and other users (server necessary) - modify my comments/highlights - delete my comments/highlights René

Duplicate. This can be done with the Annozilla project (http://annozilla.mozdev.org). Though that is meant for multi-user annotation, you can use it for personal annotation by setting up your own annotation server. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 12305 ***
