The gv-docs task was added in bug 1426244 as a tier 3 task. Tier 3 tasks are hidden by default, which can mean that no one notices when they break, or no one notices them at all.
The task seems to run reliably - why not run it as tier 2? (It cannot run as tier 1 because it does not run on integration branches.)

Run gv-docs as tier 2 rather than tier 3, to make the task visible by default
and get the benefit of at least some sheriffing.
