After bug 1493317, AccessibleCaret is enabled for all unit tests. We don't need to explicit flip the pref in https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/a7315d78417179b151fef6108f2bce14786ba64d/mobile/android/tests/browser/robocop/testAccessibleCarets.js#157

Bug 1493317 enables AccessibleCaret in unit tests. No need to manually
flip the pref.
