Request Description
(What question are you trying to answer?)
We are trying to answer three questions with this research, one methodological and two substantive. First, do the segment sizes we have estimated using prior research match the segments of a typical Heartbeat sample? We are trying to validate segments with this follow-up research. Second, we want to understand how and if the segmentation typing tool is sensitive to survey context -- we will vary the placement of the typing tool in the survey instrument to understand effects of question order. Third, how do the segments vary with regard to trust in the Firefox brand and trust of other tech companies? We will include questions to examine trust scores of each segment.
