Due to https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/taskcluster/ci/build/windows.yml#4: "use-caches: false", all of the windows tasks that execute on linux don't have caches enabled, which makes things like cloning from hg slower than it needs to be.
The mingwclang builds currently suffer from this.
