Reproduce on: 06-24 1.0.0 branch build on Win2k-Traditional Chinese. N7.0PR1 on win2k-TC. Not reproduce on: N6.23 on win2k-TC. When load any SimpChinese page, or Compose a page that contains SimpChinese characters in Composer, all the SimpChinese characters are displayed as "bold" face looking. In Composer, if you select those characters and bold them, you will see them are showing more "bold".

It's bad for those traditional win2k users to visit simpChinese pages, as well as use Composer to edit a page that contains SimpChinese characters. Nominate it as nsbeta1.

This is a regression from N6.23, and the default font for SimpChinese between N6.23 and N7.0 are both set to "NSimSun".

Actually, it's some thing wrong with the font setting in Preferences: When I check the font for SimpChinese is setting to NSimSun in Preferencese by default, then I click "Cancel" button, I will see the problem. If I Click "OK" in Preferences after I check the SimpChinese, then the font will display fine and the "bold" face will go away.

"MS Song" was named to be "SimSun" on win2k.

On 06-27 trunk build / Win2k-TC: The display of SimpChinese characters in browser is not bold anymore, however, it still bold in Composer window when I turn on IME typing some SimpChinese words or copy/paste from other places. I'm re-open this one in order to get better fix.

I talked with ylong over the phone, if she set encoding to be chinese, display will be fine. She agreed that this is not a problem any more.

Mark as verified cause user should set right encoding first when editing a chinese page in Composer.
