Steps to reproduce:

THIS IS A FEATURE REQUEST :) (just making it clear).

Also... I KNOW WHAT IDENTITIES ARE AND HOW TO USE THEM :) (just making that clear also)

What I did was... to be in the situation described here... https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1254549

I couldn't do this question justice without adequately explain why this feature request is needed by citing real examples... and examples require a fair bit of write up :)

Actual results:

Nothing as the feature doesn't exist.

Expected results:

That whenever Thunderbird encounters an e-mail address that matches an identities e-mail address or it's known aliases... that it treats them all equally as 'Me', 'You' or whatever it calls them.
