We don't want to enable the mainthreadio feature by default for the general case as it causes overhead and the markers still have some inconsistencies, but main thread I/O matters so much when profiling startup that I think we should enable the feature by default in that case.
Also, typing MOZ_PROFILER_STARTUP_FEATURES="js,stackwalk,responsiveness,mainthreadio" all the time is really inconvenient.
