Make keywords and flags into links when displaying on bug detail (and bug lists).

Anything that is a tag should be easy to generate a report for. Clicking on a tag should take us to a view where there’s a list of the bugs with the tag, and options to filter bugs by facets (priority, status, component, assignee, reporter, etc.)

If you click into the second part of a two part tag, then you should get a pre-filtered report.

See attachment.

This is an example of a reporting/buglist page that links would go to. Notice that there's graphing of bugs by facets such as product::component, status, and flag value.

Linking to searches and reports from keywords and flags

This makes sense. We should be able to do this quickly.

Example report

Yes, we should re-implement graphical [product dashboards](http://www.software-testing-tutorials-automation.com/2016/03/bugzilla-dashboard.html) that managers and other people can browse the status quickly. I have never seen it by myself before being removed [2 years ago](https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1369211). The dashboards will replace the current boring Browse section, which in fact only serves as component descriptions as the URL says, as well as charting tools, which are totally undermaintained.

I think is okay to do in stages, first linking to bug lists, and then reports. :calixte is working on a report prototype so follow up with him.

So it will look like this. Bugzilla actually doesn’t have flag labels like status_firefoxNN:affected. The firefoxNN version labels in the Tracking Flags table cannot be linked because these labels are for both status and tracking flags. Instead, the inline history like status-firefoxNN: --- → affected can link.

That's a great start, we can iterate on this.

Merged to master.
