Steps to reproduce:

Please note that the Product and Component are completely wrong, there was no correct way to enter this bug: In particular "Other Applications" is missing an "Other" component for things not yet in the list, such as Firefox Send.

Attempt to install Firefox Send on my phone (Nougat) and tablet (Marshmallow) from https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.mozilla.firefoxsend
Actual results:
"This app is incompatible with all of your devices." - Play store website
Expected results:
I should be able to install and use it.
According to the most recent data on Android OS distributions at https://developer.android.com/about/dashboards, Oreo (the current minimum) only has 21.5%, Nougat has 28.2%, and Marshmallow has 21.3. Even Lollipop still has 17.9%
Although that data is somewhat out of date, it's still the case that a lot more people Can't use this app than Can.

Thank you! For future reference, Would there have been an easier way to learn that that's where the bugs for that product go? especially if the bug is that I can't even install it? I saw no bug documentation online or in the app's Play store page, and "Firefox Send" is almost completely search engine proof, even quoted.
