Bitbar now has more than 25 of the reference windows10-aarch64 hardware available and online as per https://tools.taskcluster.net/provisioners/bitbar/worker-types/gecko-t-win64-aarch64-laptop.
It is a good time to enable the tests that run on windows10-aarch64 for the public.
Enable the green tests, and exclude the non-functional tests as of this time (eg. Gtest)

Exclude the following:
- mochitest-a11y
- jittest
- gtest
- wdspec
- talos
- mochitest-headless
Include the following, if the runs are green:
- xpcshell
- web-platform-tests
- web-platform-tests-reftests
- mochitest-browser-chrome
- mochitest-devtools
- mochitest-plain
- marionette
- cppunittests
- raptor
- reftest
- jsreftest
- crashtest
- awsy
- mochitest-webgl
- mochitest-gpu
- mochitest-media
Predicated on the fact that bug 1538785 is resolved (either by disabling tests, or response from ni) and a workaround in mozinfo to disable crashreporter tests is done in bug 1536221.

Many suites started running windows/aarch64 tasks on autoland with this change. I'm surprised.
egao is afk for a while? Should one of us follow up?
