Steps:

  1. On Windows 10, set the toolbar to the right side of the screen
  2. Start Firefox, maximize it on the primary screen
  3. Connect or disconnect a screen
  4. Bookmark a page with Ctrl-D
  5. Hit Done or let the doorhanger expire

What happens:
The "Saved to Library" doorhanger is overlapped by the taskbar

What should happen:
The doorhanger is placed within the usable portion of the screen

Both screens have DPI scaling, but if I set them both to 100% the issue still occurs.

This may be a Windows issue, as sometimes Windows will decide to put the taskbar at the bottom of one screen but the right of the other. But since Firefox does the right thing as long as the screens didn't change while it was running, it is able to get the right info at least on startup.

Details:
Windows 10 64-bit Version 1809 Build 17763.379
Monitors are arranged with secondary above primary, both 3840 x 2160.
