Steps to reproduce:
Tools > options > security > Master password
Thunderbird handles 5 different mail boxes with their own passwords so I thought it was cool to define a Master password to … rule them all.
Actual results:
it started (i think) back to version 52 and is still happening now.
1- when Thunderbird starts, a single Master keyword pop-up window appears.
2- then Thunderbird main UI appears (and cover that first pop-up Windows)
3- then a second Master keyword pop-up Windows appears on top.
The FIRST pop-up Windows needs to be closed because entering the password in it does not produce anything. It's very annoying because un-checking Master password, close the apps then re-check Master password gives the same result.
Expected results:
only ONE Master password Windows should pop-up once Thunderbird main UI opens.

Alternative bugs to duplicate to are bug 1523120 or bug 1526768. In short, none of our developers can reproduce this.
