Firefox doesn't render CSS animations defining linear/radial gradients on backgrounds. (See HTML document attached.)
Please implement experimental versions of gradient interpolation.

(Not really sure about the component here. It's about implementing the necessary interpolation steps. It's not specific to transitions/animations, but applies to Web Animations too. So I guess it should be DOM: Animation?)

https://drafts.csswg.org/css-backgrounds/#background-image says "Animation type: discrete". That should probably be specified before implementing something.
