Steps to reproduce:

Start Firefox in safe mode.
Go to gmail.google.com
Attempt to login by clicking on "Sign in", then enter email address, and click Next.
After clicking the Next button, nothing happens.

Actual results:

After clicking the Next button, nothing happens.

Expected results:

Proceed to the password screen

Refreshed Firefox, and issue no longer appears.
