RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 135137

Details

I have two computers sharing the same /home through NFS. Mozilla runs properly
in either of them. But if I try to run it in both at the same time, the second
instance to be started will fail: it will bring a message about "choose your
profile" (even though there's only one), and choosing the only option will also
fail.

This used to work until very recently, but as of v 1.0.0 it does not work anymore.
Imho invalid because that's the way it should be..

If you run mozilla on two PCs with the same ~/.mozilla and the same profile,
they would share the cache and the Configfiles.. and that's very bad..

Does it work with two seperate profiles?
Sharing a single profile between two running instances led to oodles of profile
corruption bugs, so the profile is now locked when in use...

Duplicate of "Profile data cannot be shared by multiple running instances."
