Selects half of face, then the other half

Is this still an issue (assuming adequate font support) since bug 1529241 landed a few days ago? AFAICS the patch there should have resolved cases like this.

(Note that the hair modifiers are unlike the fitzpatrick skin-tone modifiers in that they are used in conjunction with ZWJ, not as direct modifiers of the base emoji with no intervening joiner.)
