Brief Description of the request (required):

This test is to build an add-on to learn what heuristics should be used to control the showing of the notification requests that best meet users’ needs. The goal is to collect heuristics that can help us build a model to greatly reduce this annoyance without causing much breakage. Breakage means users’ ability to use the site is reduced due to the lack of notifications.

Business purpose for this request (required):

By reducing annoyance caused by notification permission prompts, we can make Firefox users more satisfied with their internet experience and promote our brand.

Aim for uplifting the add-on for 67 release
