The Second Link in the main text (There are still more advantages to our
ground-up approach to design. >>) when hovered over creates a copy of itself.
This new copy is a fully working version of the link that will also create a
copy of itself. I've tried recreating this but haven't managed to yet. I'll
append steps to do so if I manage it.

Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce
WFM in build 2002062308 PC/Win98.
I see this too, Linux build 2002-06-24-08....
