Brief description of the request:
Last Month send.firefox.com integrated with firefox accounts. We should generate a small report to inform the send team of the basics of what happened on the fxa side including but not limited to:

• Number of new accounts created through send
• Number of existing FxA users signing into send
• Retention of users once they login or register (this will be an incomplete picture until FxA makes some changes on their end regarding metrics events on auth token checks/creation)
• New users going on to sign into sync
• Overall funnel conversion % (where top of funnel = visit to send site) for both logins and registrations.

Is there a specific data scientist you would like or someone who has helped to triage this request:
Probably Leif Oines, but could be a good first bug for another person who is interested in learning about the accounts telemetry.
