Steps to reproduce:

Firefox 68.0a1 Build ID 20190402083512 Linux x86_64

go to website https://www.parliamentlive.tv/Commons and click PLAY EVENT in the top-center of the page

Than there is the website with a video-player if there is a current Event (currently next will be in england UTC+0 Time: Wednesday 3 April 2019 Meeting starts at 9.15am)

Pressing the Fullscreen-Symbol in the player is working - the video gets fullscreen. Than after making it back smaller - switching the Firefox Tap to some other website - and than going back to Video trying to make it fullscreen again fails. It pops up for some millisecons and than collapseing back to small size.

To fix it i had to reload the whole website.
